Tryax Realty Management
Tryax Realty Management owns and manages about 30 buildings in Harlem and the
Bronx. Chrein.com built a new site for them that allows visitors to search
rental listings at Tryax buildings by several criteria. An administrative
control tool allows Tryax to add, edit and delete listings as often as needed.
In addition, a password-protected Tenant Information Center allows building
residents to view important information about their individual buildings, and
submit repair requests online.

industry, with their expertise in social media and online marketing. TweetLister

property listings on Twitter. With a minimal budget, the Chrein team launched
TweetLister in May 2009, and has turned it into must-have tool for realtors and
